Please note:  Coaching program access expires 30 days after purchase if the initial consultation is not scheduled within this timeframe.

 

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure respect for my time and yours, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your coaching session.

To ensure we have enough time to prepare for your session, a $30 fee applies for rescheduling.

My Commitment to You

In the rare instance that I need to cancel your session, I will give you at least 24 hours' notice and offer you the first opportunity to reschedule within the same week.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for coaching services. However, we do offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for courses. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of starting your course program, you may contact us to discuss your options.
