The belief that certain paths to wellness don't work or that some are better than others isn't true. The reality is that when your innermost thoughts and desires don’t align with your medical choices, it creates chaos within the mind and body.
For any treatment to be effective, you must clarify why you believe this treatment is necessary and be open to accepting the result of your decision with grace, love, and compassion.
We are always doing the best we can with the information and capacity we have. In my personal journey of healing from emotional trauma, I learned that each of us has an inherent master blueprint for accessing our healing.
Personal Journey: Discovering My Healing Blueprint
What works for one person may not work for another. Through coaching, I learned to distinguish between my true voice and my inner critical voice. Combined with affirmations, alternative functional medicine, and the gift of intuition, I established a strong mind-body connection for mental and emotional well-being. I learned to sculpt my own self-healing practice, letting my body guide me to wellness. The body is the ultimate healing system, and through coaching with me, you can learn how to access your master healing blueprint.
After 10 years of research and inner work, I’ve discovered a consistent relationship between certain thought patterns and associated health problems, such as:
- Varicose veins: Long-term standing in a situation I hated.
- Cellulite: Packed anger.
- Post-childbirth Hangy Belly: Lack of boundaries.
- Hair Loss: Building internal pressure and stress.
I discovered how to map out the mental and emotional aspects of illness and connect them to my body.
Intuition and the Mind-Body Connection
The human body is an amazing machine that requires regular maintenance and care to run as efficiently as possible. There are many reasons your body can break down and get sick—genetics, environment, diet, and so on. However, through my inner work, I found that every illness I experienced—whether pink eye, colds, adrenal fatigue, or loss of quality of life—was influenced by emotional factors.
Research has shown that emotions like fear, anger, sadness, love, and joy have specific effects on the body. For instance, anger can cause muscles to clamp down and blood vessels to constrict, leading to hypertension and resistance to blood flow. In contrast, joy and love tend to have the opposite effect.
According to Louise Hay's "Little Blue Book," heart attacks and other heart problems are caused by "squeezing all the joy" out of the heart, a "hardening of the heart," and a "lack of joy." Her affirmation to reverse these issues is: "I bring joy back to the center of my heart, and I joyously release the past with ease; I am at peace."
Often, if we are unaware of an emotional situation in our life or the life of a loved one, this information comes to us through intuition. We have five earthbound senses that can evoke our feelings:
- Seeing
- Hearing
- Body sensation
- Smell
- Taste

We also have five parallel "intuitive senses":
- Clairvoyance: Seeing with our mind's eye.
- Clairaudience: Hearing or inner knowing.
- Clairsentience: Body sensations, especially in the gut.
- Clairalience: Smelling the air and sensing change.
- Clairgustance: Taste.
To fully heal, we must pay attention to the messages from our bodies' real-time intuitions.
Ways Our Body Speaks to Us
- Intuition
-Pain signals: Pain is the cell's communication system.
- Nervous system: When dysregulated, you feel tight and constricted.
Relationship coaching helps you gain clarity to fully understand which lifestyle imbalances are affecting your health due to unhealthy thinking and feeling patterns. We must use coaching tools and the body's intuition to create health.
