From Unworthiness To Self-Acceptance

Updated: Sep 12, 2024

A woman's thoughts nag her saying "I'm not good enough"

That Voice in Our Heads

Let’s face it, many of us hear that nagging voice in our heads whispering, "I'm not good enough, I am unworthy." Sound familiar? If this belief runs deep, how can we possibly create a loving, joyous, prosperous, and healthy life?

This core subconscious belief creates a paradox. The dissonance it causes can leave us feeling like we can never quite get it together, as if something is always going wrong. We never quite reach our full potential.

Breaking Free from the Script

The good news? We can rewrite the script. By understanding the root cause of these thoughts, we can break free from their hold.

A Girl listening to the happy healthy melody of her health and wholeness. Affirmation: "I release all fears and doubts. I accept myself and create peace in my mind and heart. I now choose to free myself from all destructive fears and doubts, I am loved. I am safe.

The Relationship Between Our Subconscious Mind and Our Body

We often overlook the unseen impact this core belief has on our physical bodies. Habitual negative thinking and feeling patterns create habitual negative body patterns, affecting our very cells.

Have you ever considered that the reason you don’t feel whole

might be because your cells don’t feel whole?

Imagine your body as a symphony, with your cells as the musicians, each playing a vital role. When oxygen flow is restricted by unconscious, limited breathing patterns, these cellular musicians can’t function optimally. They become like instruments out of tune, unable to contribute their full potential to the overall harmony.

A cell that cannot perform at its full capacity loses its integrity. Once a cell loses its integrity, it becomes abnormal. When a cell becomes abnormal, dis-ease sets in. As dis-ease progresses, you start feeling unwell, and pain follows. Pain is simply your cells calling out for more oxygen. Without intervention, dis-ease eventually turns into disease.

If you don't feel worthy or whole, you’re not alone, and neither are your cells. Recognize the relationship between unworthy thoughts, which lead to unworthy feelings, and an unworthy environment for your cells to live in. This chain reaction ultimately results in disease.
